"The lady who checked me in was excellent, very courteous and helpful. Amenities were very good, and room was clean. Bed was comfortable, my pillow was too soft, but that is a personal observation and choice.
Overall an excellent choice!!"

"We stayed overnight and loved it. The room was really comfortable and had a nice view over the river. The pub serves really good food and the staff are really friendly. It is also dog friendly which was great as we had our pup with us. Will definitely stay here again!"

"The bedroom lights were not bright enough for reading at bedtime.
The bathroom was lovely, with a separate bath and shower, and plenty of hot water.
Breakfast was lovely, but the staff forgot to provide spoons for the cereals and fruit salad, so we had to wait longer before eating."

Staff were very welcoming and helpful.
Lovely free toiletries, home made biscuits, lots of choice of tea, coffee or hot chocolate.
Food was delicious."
