"Pet friendly, paid parking garage, good location. Our room was quiet. Stayed during the week on winter. Elevators took a while to arrive. Carpet with several small stains that should be due for replacing. But beds with comfortable. "

"Sub par experience overall. Staff was short with us, rude and unprofessional. Room was fine except we booked a room with a microwave and did not recieve the proper accommodations. This was important to us due to having small children. The coffee maker in the room was missing the most important componant and did not work. No laudry bags in room. One positive note was Miles and Ryan froM Valet service were fantastic!! "

"One street away from the 16th street mall. Awesome rooms! Clean and comfortable! Salt water pool and hot tub was amazing!"

"Shower head was loose and hot water was spotty, air conditioner didnt work, had to call maintenance (both front desk staff and maint worker were nice) but it barely got the room to temp by the time i was checking out the next morning. Breakfast was so-so, I've had much better offerings at other Hampton Inn properties. "

"This property is in the perfect location. It’s right next to the Pavilions which is a nice outdoor mall, and it’s right next to 16th promenade which has a bunch of food and shops; Target is a 4 minute walk. The staff is super friendly and quick. I also liked how safe it felt. You need a key card to access the hotel past 10pm and to access the elevators at any time. "
