"Rooms need remodeling. Very grungy. TVs do not work and outlets are all loose. They are remodeling the eating area now. Our suite was not available because it was not clean when we arrived... at 10:30 at night. They did offer us a second room, so that was good. "

"The room was in bad condition, needs new everything paint peeling, dresser broken shower head a mess, door handle broken The bed was comfy though The price was cheap so I guess you get what you paid for Breakfast was very nice"

"There was construction over the whole place. The entrance was being jack hammered when I was trying to check in. They just gave you a paper apologizing. Tons of workers every where. They were recreating hallways. The elevator was so smelly that we took the stairs to the third floor. There weight room was missing a weight from the set. Nothing below 10. Tiny area. In order to eat break they opened up a conference room which was also a storage room. Manager was nice and helpful. Changed room floors. Due to being there for a concert hotel prices were hiked way up which definitely shouldn’t have been for these conditions. Also made it impossible to switch hotels. Hotel should have disclosed construction before people booked."

"Parking was convenient, staff super helpful. The room was very comfortable. However, there was a very strong smell from bug spray the moment you got to the floor and inside the room. I had to burn candles all the time to hide the strong smell. Also, the breakfast was really bad, only the coffee was good."

"The hotel is beautiful immaculate and a dream spot. Staff were amazing from check-in to check-out. I needed a bigger pot, and more towels, got it in less than 3 minutes. There were 3 rooms 2 bath so it accommodated our family of 6 without stress. This is our new go to, whenever we are in minnesota."
