"Je n'ai rien à redire sur le personnel. Tout le monde a été très agréable et très souriant. Cependant, et malgré la présence de la piscine, de la salle de sport ainsi que de la restauration, j'ai trouvé de nombreux défauts dans ma réservation ainsi que dans les chambres. "We had a lovely stay at the Campanile. Excellent location for the old town and the station. The staff were lovely, especially the breakfast lady who was so cheerful and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean, the only downside was the shower head which was nothing more than a dribble. Get that fixed and it would be a 5 star review."

"This hotel is really convenient -- I arrived in Geneva and took a shuttle, and the shuttle stops right at the Rockypop as one of its shared transfers. The restaurant's food was good, the room was clean, and the decor is fun. The staff were helpful, and have a locked storage area where you can drop your bags off early if you arrive before check in."
