Overall the property was fine - but it is really showing its age. Cracked floor tiles in the bedroom, broken bed foot, loose electrical sockets, overgrown front garden etc. Maid was friendly and helpful and room was clean. Nice pool! Desk staff averagely helpful. A 10-15 minute drive to the beach.

Stay away, there are better options

Definitely not a 4-star hotel. Barely a 3-star hotel. While the front desk staff was really nice (except for one guy), this hotel had way too many issues. The room looked outdated and dirty, the A/C was not working properly, no WiFi in our room (try a 4-day stay with teenagers and no Wi-Fi), mold in the showers. Additionally no one to talk to after 7 or 8pm because the front desk is closed. We chose this hotel because it was listed as a 4-star hotel on hotels.com, and it was not cheap, we clearly got misled and taken advantage of by both the hotel and hotels.com

I did not like anything about the property All the apartment is cheap, cheap construction, cheap furniture, bed did not fit the room, light appliances cheap electric wall outlets falling apart exposed dangerous wood stairs steep to access bedroom etc etc etc

L’accueil est parfait , le petit dejeuner tres complet Le personnel de cet hotel est particulièrement agreable L’hotel est tres calme et le parking tres grand Il meriterait juste d’un petit coup de renovation surtout dans les salles de bain C’est a ec plaisir que je viens 3/4 par mois

Je ne parlerai pas du petit déjeuner car je n’ai pas pris cette option. En ce qui concerne le parking, très facile d’accès, beaucoup de place, ce qui permet aux véhicules de pas faire du porte-à-porte et donc de prendre le risque d’être rayé. En ce qui concerne l’hôtel, c’est un hôtel qui commence à dater, mais qui est très bien entretenu. La propreté des chambres était parfaite.

Je viens régulièrement au moins 3 fois par mois et c’est à chaque fois avec plaisir . L’équipe en réception est top , c’est calme , le parking est très grand et facile d’accès et le petit déjeuner très complet .

La photo est trompeuse parce que l'hôtel lui-même est vieillissant, la vue depuis notre chambre donne sur des cactées défraîchies et des tuyaux. Les interrupteurs étaient collants, la télécommande du téléviseur hyper sale, des moisissures dans la douche, impossible de faire fonctionner le four à micro-ondes, les couverts sales, des verres et des assiettes dépareillées, etc... Par contre le matelas était super confortable et la chambre est plutôt spacieuse.

Personalen på boendet var trevlig och väldigt hjälpsam. Det är en fin pool och nära till sevärdheter/strand/centrum. Det är inte ett fyrstjärnigt hotell, det har stora underhållsbehov. Första natten fick vi ett rum som var i dåligt skick och luktade starkt av rök. Vi fick byta till ett bättre rum andra natten.

Excellent hôtel

Excellent séjour de 5 nuits en famille. Un personnel très agréable et disponible. Un bon petit déjeuner. Une belle piscine propre et comme sur la photo (faisant un peu plus réduite en réelle). Seul bémol non rédhibitoire : l'hôtel fait un peu vieillot sur les façades et son agencement, mais c'est son seul point faible.

Goede uitvalsbasis voor diverse trips. Ruime kamers. Ietwat achterstallig onderhoud. Mn schilderwerk. Enige beschutting bij het zwembad zou zeer welkom zijn (parasol !). Voldoende stoelen en gelukkig geen handdoeken race smorgens.

Todella ystävällinen ja hyvin englantia puhuva henkilökunta. Hotellilla iso ilmainen aidatulla alueella oleva pysäköintialue mutta rakennus vanhahko ja remonttia kaipaava. Esimerkiksi suihkuhuoneesta valuu seinän läpi vettä WC :n puolelle eikä se korjauksista huolimatta tullut kuntoon. Lisäksi viimeisenä yönämme hotelliin tuli iso sähkövaurio eikä mm. ilmastoinnit toimineet tehden asuntomme makuuhuoneesta sietämättömän kuuman nukkua. Asunnon yleinen siisteys oli myös kohtalainen tai jopa huono: astiat olivat likaisia, pation lattia ja kalusteet todella likaiset, kosketuspinnat ja kaukosäätimet likaisia. Mainittakoon myös että suihku oli todella huono: vain kylpyamme jossa pieni suihkupää jossa ei riittänyt letkun pituus jotta 185cm mies olisi pystynyt peseytymään kunnolla. Suihkutilan korkeus oli myös niin matala että pääni osui kattoon.
