Good for a couple of days, only not more
The hotel is basically an old motel renovated into a newer hotel. The rooms barely have any sound deadening. No clothing iron for guest, free coffee or any kind of food service ( besides vending machines). The location is not far from the city or the walking forest trails.

Günstiges Hotel im Industriegebiet. Sauber und preiswert. Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus waren immer reichlich vorhanden. Wer Bedenken wegen dem nahelegenden Schlachthof und/oder Bordell hat, kann ich beruhigen. Beides nimmt man quasi nicht wahr. Frischluftfanatiker können auch bei offenem Fenster schlafen. Dann ist es aber etwas laut wegen der nahen Strasse. Wenn das Fenster zu ist hört man davon nichts. McDonalds/BurgerKing gleich um die Ecke, Autobahn relativ schnell zu erreichen. Rezeption ist normalerweise immer besetzt. Auch am Wochendende und abends (nicht nur "Montag bis Donnerstag 07:00 Uhr–11:00 Uhr" wie hier vermerkt). Einen Aufzug gibt es. Das ist bei Expedia ebenfalls falsch angegeben.
