"The rooms were nice don't get me wrong, but they were not clean. The housekeeper left a note with her name, and I though "why do this? why take credit for an unclean room?" The bathroom was not clean and there were hairs and dirt all over the floors, and the blanket and sheets had stains on them. "

"This hotel is in a great location, has plenty of parking, and the room was big. We traveled with kids, and were not told that the pool was under construction- first disappointment. The customer service at front desk was disappointing for the most part. Rude and entitled, no hospitality. True to form, the NE stereotype was on full display. "The room was clean and spacious. We stayed in a 1 king bed room. Everything worked as it should check in was easy and quick. "
