"This is my fifth trip to Freetown, but my first staying here. It is far and away the best hotel I've stayed in. Yes, it's a little more expensive, but it was worth the extra cost. The staff were attentive and courteous. The menu was extensive and the food was fabulous. The room was spotless and exceptionally well maintained. "

"The guys at the front desk was welcoming. My dislikes are, the room was hot, no hot water to shower. Worst one is the bed sheets and towels don't match the standard of the hotel title. It was very dirty."

"My room was one of the nicest I have ever had in Freetown and I have been traveling to Freetown since 1999. A comfortable bed and a very clean and well equipped bathroom. The breakfast was adequate, but the lack of AC in the large room is a bit uncomfortable in the hot season."

"The best part of my stay was the view of the ocean from my terrace and my wonderful housekeeper Adamma. She made sure I was very well taken care of and came to clean every day. The down side of our stay were the little roaches that seemed to come out as soon as the sun went down every night, at least in the room where we stayed. "The manager has good customer service skills but the property is not maintained for the price nor is it suitable for sleeping peacefully. I changed to a second room after my complaint of being scratched by wires sticking out and was first told to move me I would need to pay a different price event though the room was unsafe . I refused and show the scratch on my leg and we were moved . The second room was dirty bedsheets had hair , bathroom door hanging by one hinge so we used it without...

"This was exactly what my group needed. We had just spent 12 days working at a clinic. The days were long and our team needed a chance to relax, regroup and recommit to our cause. The Place was absolutely perfect!!! Highly recommend and will probably come back with my spouse for an extended stay."
