My room was one of the nicest I have ever had in Freetown and I have been traveling to Freetown since 1999. A comfortable bed and a very clean and well equipped bathroom. The breakfast was adequate, but the lack of AC in the large room is a bit uncomfortable in the hot season.

My two weeks stay was overall pleasing, I was particularly impressed with the good customer service given by one of the staff Eldred Mattia who knew his job well and demonstrated great professionalism in what hospitality industry should have. He had made my stay with hotel so much more pleasant.

Based on my findings, it was a technical problem that occur in that particular room which cause you not to access internet at that time but we have 24 hours internet and hot water in our hotel. we are very sorry for such unfortunate situation but we will surely work on your feedback so that it will not occur again. Convenient to activities at Lumley Beach. Spent 8 days and based on experience, recommend additional training for Front Line Staff in customer service and professionalism. Inappropriate discussions about guests, and staff’s personal activities. Delayed and in-consistent response for service from some employees. Concerns were addressed after complaint to Manager. All Staff should be a representation of what looks to be a classy hotel.

Lovely hotel pleasant staff pity hotels in area do not help to keep the beach opposite there hotels clean as I personally came with my family I would not return to that area because of the beach. Lovely beach at number 2 river but 30 min drive away

The hotel design was really impressive. The rooms were spacious and had plenty of amenities. The bed was super comfortable! Staff were very accommodating.
Coming from Europe I found the food slightly odd. Breakfast was ok but a lot of the food was fried. The Lunch and Dinner menu were quite strange. It was far too long with a more Chinese food than local African food. Therefore the food took about 1 hour + to come to our table most of the time.
Overall comparing this hotel to others in Freetown this is a very good hotel.
The hotel is nice but the staff need training in customer service.
The food is not so good. I ordered a beef curry and the beef was so tough and inedible.
It suppose to be a smoke free hotel but the Chinese smoke at the will in the hotel with total disregard for the other guest health.
The hotel is of course owned by a Chinese so I guess they get preferential treatment which is denied to others.

Excellent venue. On the beach. Service ok, not exceptional. Breakfast moderate. Nice clean room though with fantastic view and super clean bath facilities. Will stay there again.

Really great room, lovely atrium in the center of the hotel, and nice space across the road on the beach. A really nice place to stay in Freetown. Looking a holding an international conference there in the future, as the facilities are first rate.

Absolutely refreshing location in Sierra Leone. i will definitely be staying there again. Wake up to the sand and waves. Room decor is absolutely perfect. I love the bathroom with the soaking tub. Five stars at this point for comfort!
