Hotel Pantai di Freeport

"Came out for a work trip so I needed a quiet place rather than some of the other options in the area. Can’t speak enough on how nice and helpful everyone was at Dolphin Cove. The room was nicer compared to some other properties we had looked into. The clubhouse which is next door has to be one of the best restaurants on the island. Food and the DRINKS were just absolutely amazing. It was quite secluded so if you don’t mind taking a taxi or walking to some places. This is the place for you....

"I really wish it was a better experience. The rooms were not up to par. We had to switch rooms 2 times because of issues. First room the shower didn’t work. Second room the ac was broken. Third room didn’t even lock properly or have a working bathtub but we decided twice was enough and we would just take our chances. The front desk totally screwed up my reservation and charged me twice. I still have not been refunded but hopefully will in the near future. Otherwise Harold’s wonderful smile kept...

"This was an emergency stay. The resort that our host chose for us was substandard and we needed somewhere to stay. When I called about availability the staff was extremely helpful in guiding me through the booking process and even shared that the price would be cheaper through Expedia than booking directly. "

"For perspective on this review, I've stayed at roughly 20 all-inclusive resorts in the Caribbean. Family getaway for 4 adults May 16-19 2024. We chose this particular resort because of their on-site scuba facility (more on this later). The resort itself is very nice. Property is a bit older, but well maintained and kept clean.
