"Definitely, a gem on the island. My room was clean, spacious, and my favorite part is the AC put in work! The grounds were well-maintained, and the staff was friendly. My only critiques are the lack of chairs on the actual beach and the lack of umbrellas for the chairs available. Overall, I enjoyed my time there. I would definitely revisit The Fred."

"Sandcastle hotel was an awesome place to stay. The front desk personnel were helpful at check-in explaining what was available as far as amenities during our stay. The only thing I can say is the continental breakfast offered at the check-in desk needs an improvement. Other than that, the hotel grounds are pleasant and well manicured. The room I choose had a nice veranda, a kitchen with a larger refrigerator, stove and a microwave. The beach was clean, water clear ( great for snorkeling ) with...

"The room was very clean but the fan in the bathroom did not work so there appeared to be mold on the vent. Housekeeping only came one time during our 5 night stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful."

"The staff is amazing. Shelly at front desk was an angel . She managed my travel accommodation and fixed any problems I had while staying. Lala the room attendant was so pleasant I felt at home. Chance who runs the bar an everything else was the highlight of the stay . He was there last time I came . When u go look for these staff members. "We had a excellent time at the cove. It was centrally located between the boardwalk, the beach, and the docks. Great rooms with extremely comfortable beds. The pool was warmer than the beach in June. It was very refreshing to relax by the pool, read a book and take a dip. Even the shampoo was great. The air conditioner work well and the refrigerator was helpful to have. It looks in better condition than any hotel we saw. Would return in anytime."
