Otherwise great but the check-in is at another hotel 250m away, which would be good to know beforehand.

For what I paid and required, this was ideal. The room had a bed, TV, bathroom and towels so basic but travelling alone it was all I needed as a base. Breakfast was very good at the Best Western a 2-minute walk down the street. Train station is very close to the hotel. I went out for some morning runs up the coast out of town from the hotel.

We booked a family room at 12:45 on the same day and arrived at 19:30. Unfortunately, the check-in process was very confusing, you have to check in at another hotel five minutes away, which we weren’t told in advance. On arrival, we were first given the wrong room, then a family room with an unmade sofa bed and no bedding. We were told this was because we booked “late” and should make up the sofa bed ourselves, but this was never communicated in advance, and I would not have booked had I known. Perhaps the receptionist was new, but it made checking in with tired kids late in the evening very time-consuming and stressful, with lots of trips back and forth. Once settled, the room was spacious, modern, and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent with lots of fresh options. Do note that the hotel is close to a nightclub, so it can be noisy at night on weekends.

Breakfast is great. As there is no elevator, it was a big challenge for me to carry 23KG luggage and room was arranged on 3rd floor. Bed is too soft for me. The view, nearby the shopping street and train/bus station are awesome.

Rengøringen var mangelfuld.

Rengøringen var mangelfuld; lange sorte hår lå på badeværelset og i sengen. Gamle vatpinde lå i vindueskarmen. Ellers et ok værelse til en overnatning. Morgenmaden var super lækker og med et stort udvalg.

Morgenmaden, er simpelthen en overnatning værd.

Værelset var stort, sengene gode, men badeværelset var meget dårligt indrettet og med en løs skydedør, det fungerede bare ikke. Men alt det er glemt, når man møder op til morgenmaden, som virkelig var overdådig. Det var på et andet hotel, en kort gåtur væk. Der var alt hvad hjertet kunne begære.
