"Quiet and comfortable"

"We had a wonderful stay and were genuinely impressed by both the accommodations and the level of care from the staff. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax from the moment we arrived. One experience in particular stood out: my grandson, who struggles with extreme anxiety, had a panic attack after becoming frightened by a misunderstanding. The staff handled the situation with incredible compassion and professionalism. They immediately went above and beyond to move us to a different room so he could feel safe and settle down. After reviewing the situation, it turned out to be a false alarm. Once he had settled, my grandson was very apologetic, and we truly appreciated how respectfully and calmly the situation was handled by everyone involved. Beyond that, the amenities were excellent. Breakfast was hot, fresh, and offered a great start to each day. The pool area was a highlight—it was clean, relaxing, and truly felt like a tropical oasis, complete with a fish pond and a waterfall filled with koi. The hot tub was perfectly heated, making it a great place to unwind. Overall, we’re very grateful for the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. Their understanding and quick response turned what could have been a stressful situation into a positive experience. We would absolutely stay here again. "
