Standard stay in a nice spot

Nice location, but a standard hotel. Breakfast ok, Decent pool. Staff accommodating with some less knowledgeable than others. Generous check out time. Most necessaries within walking distance. Don’t miss the Anglo factory tour… very interesting!

Laundry problem.

The stay was OK, but I sent a shirt to laundry that was supposed to return the next morning. But the shirt did not come back and, and I had to leave without my shirt. I did not like it.

Desayuno a mejorar

La habitación tiene un buen tamaño , la limpieza es excelente. La ropa de cama y almohadas muy bien. Lo que recomiendo mejorar es el desayuno, solo productos panificados , café muy malo , mermeladas envasadas, yogur industrial saborizado, no hay huevos etc Para el precio que se paga esto debería ser mucho mejor

Mala experiencia

Yo pague con vista de balcón llegue un día tarde, hablamos en el hotel y nos dijeron q nos quedáramos hasta la tarde. La tele no andaba y no nos dieron solución. El desayuno es lo único que puedo decir que estuvo bien. La habitación era súper chica no era lo qué pedí. El estacionamiento me tuvo dijeron q era techado, me dijo q era según la hora que llegara. Había lugar pero sin estacionando mal. Nos pusieron motos atrás de empleados lo cual tuvimos que pedir que las sacaran para salir. La suficiente noche directamente la sacamos nosotros

Cordialidad por parte de los empleados. Limpieza e higiene, todo impecable. Le faltaría un poco de mantenimiento a la piscina. Hermosa vista al río. Wifi👍. Tendrían que agregar opciones de almuerzo, merienda y cena (algo simple), ya que no hay muchas opciones en la zona.

Decepcionante

Este hotel es supuestamente lo mejor de fray bentos pero la atencion es como minimo poco cordial y a favor del pasajero. No tenian ,ni consiguieron alcohol para la habitacion, no teniamos ni siquiera un botellita de agua de cortesia, no tiene restaurante ni se molestaron en conseguirnos algo de cenar (aunque sea de un delivery) no tenian cafe ….en resumen, un lugar con una hermosa vista totalmente desaprovechado que invita a no volver
