"Friendly hotel staff, who speak fluent English.
Wonderful location, down the road from the main train station and a short walk round the corner for trams to anywhere.
Enjoyable breakfast spread with a wide selection of coffee, tea and juices.
The only thing I was very unhappy about was the bed, it was the most uncomfortable bed I have slept in among all the hotels I have been to. The pillow that came with the bed was so flat I had to roll it up to get some volume.

"I liked my 5th floor room. It was fun to look out the window when the bells were ringing and to see the sunriseand sunset. The room we was clean and there were many shops, restaurants, and a couple of ice cream shops."
