"Didn’t put bags down and did not stay. Left without requesting refund -that bad. Staff left property so left a note saying we were not staying. Room lighting was so dark it felt like an alleyway. Smelly, broken AC, insects flying around, no signal on tv. And that was enough to leave. Added note: it’s been years since staying here so the expectation was that it was decent coming in from out of town and seeing it listed on hotels.com.
