My husband and I stayed overnight. When you walk in it feels very clean. The front desk employees were so nice and welcoming. The room was clean as well as the bathroom. We slept comfortably. Breakfast was very nice. You make your waffles. They had scrambled eggs, potatoes, biscuits with gravy etc. we would definitely stay there again.

Clean, temperature control was exact. Breakfast was good. Beware the walls and celings are paper thin. No noise issues with noise during sleeping hours..

Worth $60 max! No way it’s worth $160
It amazes me that hotel brands continue to believe dated, unclean hotels, can carry a $160 fee. Hallways were in need of vacuuming. Rooms are very dated and TV kept going in and out on each channel. No back on remote and batteries kept falling out. Took nearly 15 minutes to get warm water in shower morning of check out. Hair stuck to top of shower overhead. I would give about $50 for room like this. I’m ashamed I spent my hard earned money on this crap

We had a nice one night stay. Check-in took longer as the room wasn’t ready at 3pm, but other than that everything went well. The breakfast was pretty good and the room was clean and comfortable.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Motel was very clean and appealing. Parking was secure. My only complaint was about my room location next to the elevator & ice maker. Had I known this I would have requested a quieter room elsewhere.

The room was very clean, but the hallway hadn't been vacuumed in a while - or at least not over the 3 days that we were there. There were snack crumbs in the same place near the elevator Fri - Sun. While the bedding was comfortable for a good night's sleep, the AC unit made a loud, jet engine take-off noise every time it cycled on & off which made sleeping soundly difficult.

Our family trip.
Our youngest daughter found y'all online because we were planning a trip to see the falls. So glad she made reservations with Hampton Inn. It was a great place to stay. Very friendly check in desk lady. Very helpful as well. And the complimentary breakfast was amazing. Couldn't be any happier. Very clean rooms as well. Will definitely stay there again if we go back there on a trip. Thank you for everything.

Staff welcoming and friendly. Room convenient to outdoor access, helpful since pets were with us. Love the 24 hr coffee bar. So nice to get a warm drink before bed, and a good cup of coffee first thing in the morning. Breakfast included is such a perk. great for teenaged sons who are always hungry.

Decorated beautifully for fall.
A stay at a small mountain town was a little worried about facility and location. Was decorated for fall, staff was great and a grocery store very close ( since most restaurants in town were closed on Sunday) was well stocked. Would stay there again if happen to be in mountains of NC.

Reliably Good
We stay here a lot. So far, four trips to Franklin this year and seven last year. The property is reliably clean, the staff friendly and the rooms adequate, although on the small side for a Hampton. Wish they would fix the swimming pool, though. It's been closed for all the years we've been going there. One big improvement is that across the street is a brand new Super Ingles store with a good cafe, great eat-in or take out food and a Starbucks. Very handy.
