This was an excellent standard hotel, the restaurants near by were great, and they provide laundry soap for you if you need to wash laundry! Wonderful stay

The staff was very helpful with everything as this was our first trip to Germany so we had alot to ask. They answered all our questions with kindness and were always helpful with anything we needed for our room...they made us feel rite at home! It was easy stay. Very close to airport. Maximum 10 minutes walk. Rewe store next to hotel. Subway block away. Breakfast is good not great but good. Clean.

Good, clean hotel within 5 min of the Frankfurt Airport. Several dining options and a small grocery store within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel also had laundry facilities in the basement (washers/dryers) which was a big bonus.

Appreciated the coffee & kitchen but too many problems to ever book again. There was no in-room phone & no WhatsApp # on website so that was a huge waste of time to search & finally go down in person for help. No phone is like having no front desk support at all. Shower leaked all over floor, door key issues made me wonder about security, cheap mattress, rock hard pillows, no temperature control. Turned it off completely, opened window & heard traffic all night so very little sleep. Very slow check-in as they are understaffed.

No phone in the room and not a single staff cares for your needs. Left my bag in my room after check out and tried calling the hotel over 20 times. Expedia couldn’t even get in touch with them and it’s been almost a week and no one has still gotten back to me. There is 0 customer service or care at this hotel. Our room was also barely cleaned and the location is in the middle of nowhere.

Our flight was cancelled and we stayed in this hotel as it was near the airport. The service was amazing. Reception employees were accommodating to our needs and exceptionally friendly. The y helped us to resolve an issue with booking service provider. We really didn't expect such friendliness and support. Thank you! The hotel is about 15 min walk from the airport terminal and has shuttle buses, tube station is less than 5 min walk bringing you to city centre in under 30 min. Very convenient. Also, facilities were very clean. Would highly recommend! P.S. they also have free pastries at the reception and board games ;)
