I enjoyed my two nights stay at this hotel with my parents very much. The reception team was very professional and friendly, accommodating my requests as much as possible. Despite the slightly dated interior design and furniture, the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. I would consider staying here again in the future.

Amazing find. Staff friendly - although knowledge lacked for local areas. 5 min walk to tram stop or half hour walk into the centre. Parking really easy to find and use.

Hotel is good standard; good rooms, nice personal and clear instructions in foreign languages like English and French. Too bad that the restaurant was closed but helped with finding one in the neighborhood. Not much to do in the surrounding (for a Saturday evening).

Great location and comfortable.

Large room, which was quiet at night. Fridge in room was useful. Great location - easy walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Bonus that there were on street parking that was free of charge (this does depend if there is space when you arrive, we were lucky). Only negative is the blummin hairdryer in the room, so old, would be great if they were updated.

Was travelling by car when I stayed here, and the parking outside the hotel was free, which is a huge win for the hotel! Other than that the room was nice and comfortable. Exactly what I expected from any Novotel I have ever stayed in.

The rooms are outdated, the only modern part of the hotel is the lobby. The breakfast was excellent though, their kitchen is wonderful. Other than that, it is a bit noisy due to the suburban trains nearby

Tobacco smell in bathroom

Otherwise hotel was OK, but the bathroom had horrible smell. It smelled like someone had smoked there. Clearly the cleaners noticed the issue as they had left the bathroom door open every morning to clear out the smell. This made the situation even worse as the smell then spread to other room. Location is very convenient for Messe visitors. Breakfast was good.

Good business hotel

Great hotel for business meetings. Close to Frankfurt fair. However the breakfast is ridiculously expensive for what's offered.
