Solo traveler here, room was small but clean and functional. Dont expect any extras or a supernice view and you will be fine. It has a nice bed and shower and a working toilet. Environment is a lot better/quieter than the Bahnhof-area, where a lot of (cheaper) hotels are located.

Ich habe dort schon oft übernachtet. Gute Lage zur S-Bahn zum Flughafen, nach hinten hinaus war das Zimmer ruhig. Umgebung bietet alles was man braucht. Keine Klima, aber die habe ich Zuhause ja auch nicht. Ventilator war im Schrank. Immer wieder gerne wenn man nur eine Unterkunft zum schlafen braucht ohne Luxus.

Very clean and quiet, however on some days someone from the hotel is chatting on the phone constantly loudly from under my window and there can be smoke coming into my room. Other than this thing I am satisfied , location is safe and has good access to public transportation. Front desk also friendly.

Good value

We only needed a place to sleep and a shower as we were out all day, and we were satisfied with this hotel. Place was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. Parking on site for €10 is a good deal, but there are only a few spots. Breakfast was ok for the price (depending a lot on preferences). Also very close to public transportation, although we did not use it. Overall we are happy with the choice and I believe we'll stay there again, as we want to visit Frankfurt again.
