Very friendly owner, who helped us during check-in and the rest of our stay. Rooms were very clean and comfortable! Breakfast was very good, a lot of choice and a different choice of eggs was offered every morning. Public transport can be used to visit Frankfurt. With the train it took us about 10 minutes to reach the main railway station. Very convenient to visit the city centre! If we will ever be again in the neighboorhood we will definitely stay here again.

The front door was closed on arrival, their was no notice to say call a certain number so reception could be alerted, i have never been to a hotel where the door is shut and no one is sat at reception, me and my young son waited for 30mins, after which I contacted expedia via virtual agent, they then called me as they could not get in touch with the hotel manager. Expedia were ready to reallocate me, but the manager appeared and rudely told me i should have called the reception number which was written in German. The manager also took my money on check out, before i was present. Terrible experience and terrible customer service.

Petit hôtel sympathique, attention d'arriver quand il y a quelqu'un à la réception ou de dire quand vous arriver. Hôtel avec chambres rénovées, fenêtres isolantes. Il faisait très chaud mais ventilateur au plafond 😊 et laissé la fenêtre de la salle de bain ouverte. Négatif : petit frigo encastré dans un meuble entre la tête de 2 lits sur 3 et ça fait un peu bruit.

Väntetid vid incheckning, positivt med gratis parkering, bara taklampa, alla sänglampor saknades. Man kunde stänga av värme och sova för öppet fönster. Inga engelska tv-kanaler.

Das Hotel ist zweckmäßig und funktional eingerichtet, perfekt für Übernachtungen während eines Städtetrips oder Vorübernachtung vor Flugreise. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, ich habe mich gefreut, dass selbst ein Haarfön vorhanden war. Matratze und Kissen waren neu und sehr angenehm. Besonders erwähnenswert: die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend und sehr serviceorientiert.

I wouldn't stay again

This hotel is not good to say the least, the rooms do not have AC, the front staff is not always there so if you haven't checked in you might be stuck.the rooms open with a physical key so if you loose it your screwed, the breakfast is very modest and does not always have all thing as they are gone quickly and the kitchen staff takes time to prepare things.
