Receptionist was helpful and friendly, easy check in and check out process! Room was cleaned and towels provided, location is good enough, depending upon your preference! Limited carpark space for free but you can park for extra charge under the building if you wanted! Definitely recommend, in overall it’s a great choice! We will book it again 👌

Overall average hotel. Parking garage is very small but there was plenty of parking available. Room could have been cleaner. There were lots of spots on the carpet in the room and especially in the hallway. There was a gooey spot on the nightstand that wasn’t washed off. There were two make up stains from someone’s hands on the bathroom door. The two drinking glasses in the room were not clean. The walls in the room need a fresh coat of paint, pretty scratched up. For the price I guess it was fine. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety of options. I was happy they had hot chocolate as one of the drinking options since I don’t drink coffee. They also offered juices. We walked to an Asian restaurant that’s right around the corner, which had great food. That was very convenient. Drive to the airport the next morning only took 15 minutes.

Staff : is very nice but there are some staff members who really don’t like to help others . **“The hotel is conveniently located near the city center and close to many great places to visit. The price is reasonable and includes breakfast, which adds good value. The only downside was that the paid parking did not have an EV charging option, so I had to pay extra for another parking spot to charge my car.”**There was no food option for baby and no bedding for my 1.5 year old baby as I have to give boiled water so there was no water kettle for doing warm water I want my compansation

The property was really nice, next to it there is a parkinglot, but you can park for free just a block away. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. We just had an overnight stay during our travel. Breakfast was just fine. The only small bump was the fact that they couldn’t find my reservation and this took quite a while, whilst my kids were asleep and very tired.

Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was more than adequate. Restaurants within walking distance. The Eastside Terrace restaurant and bar next door is very nice. The food and staff are excellent. Kaiser Pizza (also next door) has the best pizza in the world! Ask for Antonio.
