"No meet and greet staff or check in assistance or staff present during 1 night stay. TV did not work in room or was fixed. Parking 2 blocks away."

"The Inn is very cute and quaint, very small and cozy. It's an older building, being in St Augustine, but it is very well kept and a nice place to rest your head while going around town. Breakfast was a standout, as was the nightly availability of drinks or snacks. Staff was very helpful and we never felt like we didn't have privacy or what we needed."

"The hotel is nice, but for the price could use some updating. Our toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall, the shower head was also not completely attached, water pressure was lackluster and the AC was very loud when it turned on, enough that it woke me up out of a dead sleep. Bed is comfy, pillows were crappy. The front desk was nice and helpful and the location is great. Pros and cons I guess."

"We were put in a different room than we chose and the AC was loud and kept us awake so we turned it off at night and used the ceiling fan. The staff were really nice and helpful. The music in the courtyard was a nice touch and the location was perfect."

"Ladies worked hard to keep breakfast foods available and to keep the area clean. Staff was excellent. Pool area clean, towels provided. Nice place and fun to sit on patio in the evening. Will be nicer when King St. bridge is open and the crane is gone. Be aware there is a parking fee! "
