ótimo em tudo

muito boa, tomaram cuidado com meu carro alugado, fiquei pouco no hotel, mas teve um dia que fiquei jogando no Paraguai, perdi a hora do café da manhã, e deixaram eu tomar. Por sinal, a funcionária de apoio do café é uma fofa, se derrete em atenção. Pelo preço que paguei, atenção dos funcionários, como vou muito para FOZ, vou virar cliente.

DECEPCIONANTE

Hotel com pessima estrutura, um chuveiro eletrico dos mais simples para um frio de 7 graus, um ar condicionado só frio, uma rede elétrica antiga onde não se pode ligar o secador de cabelo e chuveiro juntos porque a chave eletrica "CAI". Além do que fui cobrada duas vezes pela mesma estadia por um funcionário despreparado. HORRÍVEL!!!

O Hotel não possui elevador. As camas de solteiros sao estreitas e os colchoes são velhos, nao tem secador de cabelo fixo no banheiro. Tem que esperar o hospede devolver na recepção para usar. E isdo subindo e descendo escadas. O telefone do so recebe ligações e nao faz. Então se precisar de slgo tem que descer as escadas e falar na recepção. E finalmente os cobertores e mantas aprentabvam nao serem lavados e cheirando a suor.

Atendimento perfeito e solícito por Luiz/recepção. Solicitamos limpeza e troca de diária por duas vezes e atendidos prontamente. Quarto confortável com ar condicionado perfeito, banheiro e chuveiro ok. Café da manhã muito bom. Porém, poderiam incluir mais opções vegana. Experiência positiva, retornaria.

Uma boa estadia com ótima localização!

Boa estadia, a localização é um dos pontos fortes do hotel, assim como o atendimento também, no geral, todos os funcionários são super simpáticos e solícitos. No mais, bom quarto! Um ponto a desenvolver seria ter chuveiro a gás para os dias frios. Mas no geral, recomendo o hotel!

Ótimo atendimento

A estadia foi muito boa. A recepção tem um ótimo atendimento. Só temos elogios com relação a todos os funcionários, que sempre foram muito simpáticos. Só acho que no café da manhã poderiam ter mais opções de itens salgados e também que o suco fosse natural. De resto, tudo maravilhoso!

Fui colocada em um quarto no térreo minúsculo, ao lado do salão de alimentação, no dia seguinte mudamos de quarto, maior, porém, as tomadas só funcionavam se as luzes ficassem acessas, até chequei com a recepção, porém o atendente disse que no domingo só ele tranalhava e não haveria como resolver, secador fica na recepção e não no quarto, e havia um único adaptador de tomada, inacreditável, ao solicitar o ferro de passar roupa, fui encaminhada para uma lavanderia e o ferro super aqueceu e estava muito sujo, não tive como usar, enfim, alguns contratempos tão básicos mas o suficiente para baixar demais a avaliação, não acho que volto ao hotel.

Acomodação e café da manhã satisfatório. Falta gestão! Melhorar: lençóis e chuveiro. Providenciar: secador de cabelo, ducha higiênica para o wc, abajur para as cabeceiras, cestinho de lixo para o quarto, e edredom. Nem todos os aptos tem Blindex no wc.
