"Our hot water didn’t work in the shower when we asked for maintenance help it took about 30 minutes for them to get to the room and they ended up fixing it with their own tools. They looked at it and said they fixed it. Which was strange. The next morning the faucet didn’t work again. We tried to get a new room, but they were understaffed at the front desk so we didn’t really have an opportunity to just do that. The parking was nice because it was in a closed off area. The front looks really nice however, the rooms themselves smell like they were potentially smoking rooms in the past they weren’t very updated. Bed was overall comfortable , However, the sheets were pretty scratchy. There was no complementary breakfast from what we could see. It was only paid breakfast for $170 you think you’d get just a little more."
