Yes, the Westland District Council Boil Water precaution is unfortunately out of our hands but as you say installing UV Water Filters has taken a lot of pressure of. Hi. We are sorry to receive this feedback. Unfortunately we are unable to identify what guest you are and the details of your stay, while we appreciate all feedback, we are unable to address your concern due to lack of detail. Please advise us on how we can specifically care for the customer and manage the park better? .

Thank you for taking the time to submit a review. We sincerely apologise for the lack of communication and service that was offered to you and then not followed through. It is not common practice for us to do bus transfers as our holiday park is only 900m from the bus stop however if this service was offered to you then it should have been done. At this time of year sand-flies are rampant on the West Coast of New Zealand. We do sell some great sand-fly repellent at reception for this, unfortunately there is nothing else you can do.
