"The toilet was clogged when we arrived. There was no soap provided so we had to go out and buy some because the front desk wasn't manned at 7 am. There was a toaster in the lobby which was weird because there wasn't breakfast."

"Room was nice enough, it's definitely a lodge feel and it is a dated hotel but overall the room was fine. No AC though. The bed was good and the bathroom was fine. We went in June though so you could tell they don't staff it well because it's not in season.
We went to the in house restaurant and there was hardly anyone there. They had just changed the menu so you could tell everywone was still learning. Food was good though.
The spa is another story. They just straight up said we don't...

"The room itself was very nice. We had a few hiccups for our 3 night stay. The sink drain was clogged so we moved to another room. We didn’t know the pool/hottub was being renovated when we booked our stay. That was one of the main reasons we booked here. Our keys stopped working every day we stayed. And most importantly, the lobby smelled like a porta-potty. I couldn’t tell what caused it, but I suspect it’s their cleaning solutions they use.
On a positive note, it has access to the bike path....

"Place was great except one thing.. the lack of AC had one room hot while others were cold and couldn’t circulate around the air. The place is beautiful just kids wanted their rooms not freezing, it was 42 degrees outside, and master bedroom was uncomfortably warm. I’m chucking that up as we should have figured out airflow better but worth keeping in mind."
