"My stay was great! Even better than I expected. The property is a great location, only a short walk to the ferry. My ferry came in very late after being delayed (4am!) and the staff were very nice to wait up to welcome me. "A fabulous place with a great host Antreas, nothing was too much trouble and he made us feel very welcome he helped sort our car hire and came to the port to collect us when we arrived. The accommodation was lovely and spotless we had clean towels everyday. "My wife and i stayed 3 nights in September. We were picked up at the port by a very cheerful, helpful Appollonius and within minutes at the beautiful hotel. "Just WOW this place is so luxuriously beautiful. From the reception to the guest washrooms to the rooms everything was so high end. I still can’t get over the doors and windows and the quality of the buildings. Katerina and the rest of the staff were always checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed. "We loved our stay at Ducato so much! The staff was more than friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, comfortable, the bed was very comfortable. Our yummy breakfast was served daily and the staff was very attentive to any needs we had. The only thing that would subtract a star would be the stairs but that is anywhere with a caldera view and not specific to the hotel. The staff retrieves and brings your luggage all the way to your pickup area and they even let us store our luggage after checkout until we were ready to leave Santorini. We would definitely stay again! "
