"Front desk staff was totally incompetent. They botched my paperwork and now I'm fighting off possible identity fraud, in addition to a miserable stay. I was also within inches of being assaulted by a homeless man, when I was on the interior sidewalk next to the building. (I was able to get away safely.)"

At check in, clerk behind desk was dressed sloppily, we weren’t informed that the room would only be cleaned...

"Front desk staff are very helpful and friendly and seem to really care about the guests stay. Rooms could use a little refresh, but in general a safe hotel, clean room, and great rate. Can't beat it!"

"We had a great stay at this Holiday Inn in las cruces. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. "I absolutely do not recommend this property. I arrived late on a Friday night, and was assigned and occupied room. When I notified the desk and they gave me another room, that one was occupied as well. By this time it was 10 o’clock at night, and the guest staying in the second room was angry. Understandably so. It put me in a very uncomfortable and unsafe situation. When I refuse to try a third room and request requested a refund, my request was not honored. It’s been two days, and I have not...

"very average motel. Convenient off the freeway. No housekeeping provided for the 3 nights we were there. Fine for a one night stay."
