"this has been rated and advertised as a four-star hotel but it is not. It is hardly a two star there is nobody at the lobby. After hours There is a cleaner/ receptionist Nepali guy who hardly speaks any English caveat emptor. No tissue paper in toilet , the room is smelly and outdated , did not feel safe "

"Place is close to train track so noisy as many trains pass by it. Location is far from main road so not easy to walk out to get to a convenience store. Due to far from main street the auto or taxi must be called from ride share and can't find any outside the facility. Wasn't very clean either. But accommodated to cut short the stay but wasn't able to change the reservation from both Expedia and the hotel. That's a problem with Expedia."

"My stay is great. The hotel just had a renovation. Restaurants have new look. My bath room is new beds are new. Slightly under furniture but proofs no issue. My unit faces the road and a little noise but I'm used to it. Foreign traveller and the food is amazing and clean. Love to come back again."

"This hotel look beautiful on the pictures shown on the website, but when we get there I was able to see the corridor was not in a good condtion. I was able to see room with cockroach.
