"This hotel as well as the service and staff is a 10 out of 10 and I am picky! I was a little shocked at the $44 overnight valet parking but it sure was nice to have my rental car sitting right outside the front doors at 6am. The room service food was great. "I was surprised the parking garage was in the basement. But i have an SUV and the parking spaces were not wide enough and there was not enough spaces for the hotel size. I like that it’s hidden but there is a lot of cars parked outside. Its an accident waiting to happen. My compliments to the chef. He toasted my breakfast burrito perfectly amazing and without me asking for it!!! The room, pool, hot tube, outdoor seating area are amazing on the riverfront. I would definitely go again."

"But I really appreciate it about this hotel in addition to how helpful and friendly all of the staff were, is that everything was in working condition. I had a light bulb going out in one of the lamps and it was fixed by the time I came back for dinner. There was a lot of thought put into this place. I’ve never stayed at a hotel that had laundry facilities and they were really nice."
