The property is so tidy and the hotel is just fantastic, although the area around the hotel is a bit busy and not too safe is ok for one or two.

Excelente custo benefício

O hotel oferece um excelente custo benefício. Quartos limpos e cama confortável. Os funcionários são cordiais e o café da manhã é bem farto, variado e gostoso. A localização é excelente e apesar de ser no centro de Fortaleza (muito violenta) até que achei a rua bem calma, inclusive fomos a um dos barzinhos próximo ao hotel. O prédio está em reforma mas nada que atrapalhe a estadia e mesmo sendo no centro tivemos uma noite bem tranquila de sono, sem barulhos. Recomendo bastante e voltaremos.

Wi-fi muito ruim, banheiro é bom porém acumula água na área do box e não disponibilizam rodo., Não tem compartimento para colocar xampu e o papel higiênico é de qualidade inferior. Café da manhã bom. Forma de pagamento horrível , com parcelamento insuficiente, local do hotel infelizmente não oferece segurança, porém os funcionários são sempre solícitos e educados.

O atendimento foi muito bom, porém a estrutura é antiga, elevador antigo e barulhento. O quarto estava sem TV, pois a mesma estava encostada junto com o painel quebrado do lado da parede. O ambiente é muito barulhento por conta dos condensadores dos ar-condicionados. Cedo da manhã da pra ouvir o barulho do pessoal preparando o café. A rua é muito estranha de noite.

Funcionários atenciosos, porém sem conforto.

É um hotel para viajantes. Sem muito conforto. O atendimento dos funcionários foi maravilhoso, todos muito atenciosos, porém a acomodação deixa a desejar. O ar condicionado é muito barulhento e quando liguei, cheirava mofo. O café da manhã é básico. Garagem super apertada. Em caso de necessidade extrema, eu retornaria.
