Noisy room
Hace stayed at this hotel befare but for the first time, this time was placed on the road side and it was really noisy due to the traffic. I guess next time I’ll have to ask for a marina side room. Lesson learned.

Not bad stay and would stay again
Nice hotel, liked the staff needs a coat of paint but overall I would stay there again. Only negative really is the area you can’t walk outside of the hotel and would need a taxi to go to Beira Mar

Old, dirty, and ugly. This is a relic of a property and a most uncomfortable place to lay one’s head. Dirty, odd smells and questionable room appliances, this was a unique experience indeed.

Good hotel in OK location
We stayed at this hotel for two nights. The hotel and staff were excellent. Very clean hotel, friendly staff, good food and nice pool area.

O hotel ja teve seus dias de gloria no passado. Bem localizado. Funcionários atenciosos, mas a estrutura do hotel é velha, com muito problemas nos quartos e ar-condicionado. O cafe da manhã é ruim.

Razoável, pelo custo benefício vale, mas o hotel tem grande porte, foi feito para ser uma excelente hospedagem, mas pela localização e pela falta de revitalização está se tornando ultrapassado.

não curti muito, bar tinha poucas opções, pedi uma bolinha de peixe que não tinha recheio, uma pizza super massuda no serviço de quarto, de geral não curti Só gostei da cama que é confortável e o ar que funcionava. de resto achei bem mais ou menos já paguei mais barato em outros hotéis e tive uma melhor experiência, café da manhã não tem nada demais

Horrivel!!! a maçaneta da porta não funcionava, o quarto era horrível com TV pequena... ar condicionado não refrigerava o suficiente e o banheiro era absurdamente velho, com espelho enferrujado e banheira quebrada (rachada dentro e descolada da parede q trazia completa insegurança para dar banho no meu filho de 5 anos)

O hotel é espaçoso, tem um visual muito bonito e os atendentes são agradáveis. Contudo, em termos de comodidade e estrutura de amparo, ficou a desejar. Solicitamos cobertores e não tinham, o mesmo com as toalhas. Pode ter sido uma baita "coincidência" não ter no momento, mas nao nos ofereceram depois. O restaurante do hotel possui um espaço confortável, porém, em termos de quantidade e sabor, a refeição não estava de acordo com o oferecido no cardápio. O horário do café é super confuso e os alimentos e as louças acabavam e demoravam para repor. O ponto forte está nos atendentes da recepção e as cozinheiras de omelete e tapioca.

Atendimento em parte deixou a desejar
O conforto da cama, o ar condicionado muito bom, o quarto em geral foi ótimo. A piscina é excelente. O café da manhã é bom, várias opções. Não gostei do atendimento da sra que fazia tapioca e cuscuz, nao sabe dar bom dia nem atender direito o hóspede, pareceu que estava em um dia ruim pra se trabalhar. Quando chegamos tinha duas caixinha de Feliz Natal na mesa, pensamos ser para os hóspedes e antes de consumir ligamos para a recepção para saber, porém ninguém soube informar.SÓ ESSA OBSERVAÇÃO!

Igor, pior funcionário do hotel.
O checkin com o Igor foi péssimo. Reservamos quarto quádruplo e mesmo mostrando a reserva ele insistiu que era quarto triplo. O Igor desconfiou e preferi insistir que nos estávamos errados em vez de tentar verificar o que houve com o sistema. Por fim fomos, depois de quase 25 minutos, ao quarto correto. Detalhe: quarto velho, porta do banheiro barulhenta, tampa do sanitário solta, sujeira no quarto (grampo de cabelo), frigobar enferrujado. Enfim. Parece que já foi um bom hotel, agora não mais.

O hotel está com uma tarifa muito boa. Não gostei do aspecto do hotel. Hotel parece antigo e sem o aspecto de cuidado (batentes de portas lascados e não pintados). O rejunte do banheiro do quarto com a cor preta dando um aspecto de sujo.
