Equipe é fantástica, café da manha atende as necessidades, entretanto, hotel está precisando de reformas. Uma das janelas do quarto não fecha a trava estava quebrada, janela banheiro estava quebrada a dobradiça e trava, por isso estava amarrada com pedaço de fio. Porta do banheiro precisa de pintura, estava super suja. Algumas cerâmicas do piso quebradas e soltas.

No entanto, não indico se for para uma opção de lazer e aproveitamento do hotel. Móveis e elevador antigos. Meu colchão não estava bom (quarto 604). Precisam melhorar as esquadrias para maior isolamento acústico. A Internet não é de boa qualidade.

Piscina: Interditada sem aviso no site. Café da manhã: Poucas variações. Limpeza Quarto: Percebi que não trocavam os lençóis e toalhas, só arrumavam. Não colocavam mais sabonete ou shampoo. Tinha que pedir. Quarto: Ok porque peguei um melhor que ofereciam. Você ouve ecos do corredor se pegar próximo do elevador. Muita conversa de hóspedes. Localização: Perfeita.
