Quarto muito sujo desde o check in, informamos várias vezes porém não resolveram, banheiro estava com problema também desde do início. café da manhã poderia ser melhor, ambiente melhorar. Ar condicionado funcionando. Esperávamos mais desse hotel, mais infelizmente tivemos um estadia de 8 dias muito ruim. Recepção os atendentes muito bons.

A equipe de funcionários é top , porém tem alguns pontos a melhorar em alguns setores. Café da manhã: Melhorar a variedade oferecida, melhorar a apresentação das frutas, como servir elas sem cascas e em pedaços menores. (Melão, melancia, mamão) Elevador: realizar uma manutenção mais séria nele, pois o mesmo sempre para de forma brusca e não fica devidamente alinhado com o piso onde o hóspede vai descer. Piscina: Manutenção e troca do deck.

Hotel razoável …. Simples ! Tive problemas todos os dias com o cartão para abrir a porta, não tinha tomada ao lado da cama, não informam tudo que devem no check in …. Tive que ir perguntar sobre o Wi-Fi e fiquei sabendo no checkout que a coberta ( sim a coberta ) que solicitei pq só havia lençol na cama, era PAGA ! Enfim, absurdos ….

Hotel sem conservação , limpeza muito a desejar , o primeiro quarto q ficamos tinha muito mofo e vazamento, o ar condicionado vazava água no quarto , os azulejos do banheiro cheio de limo . Depois que reclamei trocaram para um apartamento melhor , não tive mais problemas
