Hotel fire alarm & strobes went off around 9pm, no fire but all had to exit the bldg. Found out the fire sprinkler system is faulty and then the fire water then was shut off, so no active sprinkler coverage for the rooms or building. Some of the staff was walking around each hour in the hallways for fire watch but were not trained and had no clue why they had to check each floor hallway and stairways. Breakfast......OMG, the what they called eggs were horrible and all juices tasted watered down, coffee was cold if there was any, and the kitchen staff did not keep breakfast stocked, then just shut it down while people were still waiting for it to be restocked so they did not eat. Lobby Staff was not someone i would want at the front of my buisness. Rude to all checking in or out, credit card reader stopped working so had to wait about 20 minutes with nany others to be able to check in, staff didnt even know what prices were for their food items available for purchase whike we waited to check in and had to wait for about 5-7 minutes untill someone text them of what to charge. Elevator really needs to be serviced, as it ratlled and made noises that made us use the stairs!
TV operation was a quest as to how to watch local channels and could not find a guide. AC was on but didnt seem to cool down the room

Indoor pool hot tub was the only item at this locaton that gave us some kind of relief.
Just a sad place, and will not return to this property.
