Terrible stay. Came here to see my aunt in the ICU, had roaches, trash everywhere, blankets had burn holes and housekeeping stole my daughters tablet and the front desk refused to help.

FRONT DESK CLEARY TOLD YOU TO SEE CCTV FOOTAGE WHICH CLEARLY SHOWS NOONE BEEN IN YOUR ROOM EXCEPT YOU AND YOUR FAMILY!AFTER AN INSPECTION WE HAVE NOT FOUND ANY ROACHES!YOU SHOULD HAVE MENTIONED ALL THIS ISSUES TO THE FRONT DESK SAME TIME OR SAME DAY WHEN YOU CHECK IN ,THEN DEFINITELY THEY COULD HAVE DONE SOMETHING, HOWEVER DURING C/O DAY GETTING MAD AT THE STAFF WON'T HELP! SURPRISINGLY YOU SPEND THREE NIGHTS THEN YOU FOUND TRASH ON THE C/O DAY!SORRY FOR THE TROUBLE!

Beds were awesome. Motel run down. No coffee or snack machine, have to go to desk ask for coffee packets so you can go to your room and make coffee. The landscaping is ugly and no place to sit outside.

I have lots of allergies. This is a pet friendly hotel. I do not know if my area was properly cleaned or not. But I got so stuffy with difficulty breathing right away in the room given to me. The carpets outside of my room looked dirty and stained. Something did not agree with me. The fridge did not cool down much. Everything looks minimally maintained. I guess you get what you paid for. If there are pets . The cleaning should be much better than what is now for sure. The pillows had a smell as well. I do not know. Is there air conditioning being maintained at all?

Dirty and no cleaning service during your stay. Had to wipe everything down with Lysol. Toilet and bathroom with dirty and there was a layer of dust and cobwebs on the wall. Room phone and blow dryer were broken. Convenient to freeway though.

Shortly after I arrived I ran down to my car to grab something to find someone looking in the windows or all the cars. Then once back in my room at 9pm, the door opened, I had the deadbolt on, about 45 seconds later a knock came at the door and the front desk lady said she gave someone the wrong key (who was next to her with no bags whom she knew) and that she came up to tell me the person looking in the windows of cars was a guest (he was tripping and had a backpack on so pretty sure he wasn’t). There is zero security here to the point that the front desk personnel are behind a locked door and you have to ring a bell for them to come out. I actually woke the guy to check out. Completely Sketch! No elevators, so you need to use the stairs on either side but it also leads outside, not secure feeling in that area. The room was clean.

The front desk was not lying it was actually a guest.THERE is cameras all over the building.Still staff personally came to inform you that nobody roaming around,that's why knocked your door because you left in rush without clarifying about checkout, additionally same time the next door guest with two big suitcases needed some key help that's why staff was there.AND for security reason we lock the door and keep two ring bells at the door(so we can allow only registered guest inside the building).Unfortunately lots of things happened same time without proper communication which created lot of misunderstandings.Even though you spent the whole night with us,we appreciate that.Sorry for all the inconvenience.

Terrible time. Didn’t even go to my room after checking in because there was a disturbance in the lobby and I was warned by someone sitting in the lobby that an aggressive, pissed off man was walking around the hotel yelling at people. I left and went to Hampton Inn.

Well, this was a pleasant surprise. The hotel is one of the nicest I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms were very nice. Very comfortable. The hotel staff were very nice, and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel. They made me feel very welcome. The price was very fair. This hotel would be first on my list. And I travel quite a bit.
