It was right across the street from Billy Bobs to see a concert. Very walkable and felt safe.

So we arrived late, because of late check in we where placed on a handicapped room. Toilet seat to small for toilet bowl.. gross. Then tv not working. The noise Friday Saturday and Sunday night from outside was so loud we where awake until 3 am, no sleep! It was disappointing at best. Marriot do better!

I stay in a lot of hotels for both work and pleasure. The staff at this hotel was above and beyond the best I have experienced...A shout-out to Lisa....Over the top interested in providing true customer service.

I reserved a room with a king size bed. It was changed to two smaller beds without my permission and the hotel staff was not willing to give me what I wanted and reserved. It is very expensive to stay at the Stockyards so as a customer, I would expect to get what I paid for. The staff was also unwilling to give me a discount.

Really disappointed in our stay at this hotel. When we were unpacking after arriving home, we realized two items had been stolen out of our luggage. They were items that were purchased in Fort Worth while we were visiting we didn’t realize we didn’t have them until we got home makes for a terrible and to what would’ve been a perfect vacation.

Overall, the property was nice, clean and staffless friendly. I did not enjoy having to wait in line for several minutes each morning to pay seven dollars for a cuppa coffee there should have been complementary coffee available in the lobby.

Perfect Spot
It was a beautiful hotel and very convenient as we enjoyed the stockyards and concert at Billy Bobs that night. Everything was in walking distance!! Def would stay again

The staff was extremely friendly! They were professional and immediately offered a roll away bed. We used valet and when the temps dropped over night to single digits, he was hustling to get people’s cars to them. I would most definitely recommend staying here.

Staff was nice an accommodating when approached. Would have been nice if luggage cart was offered or if the hours were made clear for the bar or meals. I felt that I was waiting on staff a lot. A simple explanation of what’s going on goes a long way tbh. Idk. I wasn’t thrilled about the hotel. It was just a place to stay the night.
