"Our room was spacious and clean. The complimentary breakfast each morning was a real treat, with a great variety of options. The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions, and the hotel's amenities, including the pool and fitness center, were top-notch. I can't recommend this hotel enough and look forward to my next visit!"

"Staff was very rude to my family when they checked in without me. Especially the younger girl .Elevator smells so strongly of oil I can still smell it and it creaks the whole time it's moving. Carpets in room were dirty and we had 1 roll of toilet paper for all of us. Don't believe the pics you see on Expedia, they must have been taken when it was new. I will NEVER stay here again. "

"This was a scary hotel. Lobby was dirty. The hallway had dog poop in it. The door to the outside didn’t secure properly. The furnace was falling apart. The bed was disgustingly gross. The jacuzzi was so old and gross. We only stayed here for 1 hour. We were scared to any longer. We had our little granddaughter with us. We did not feel safe at all. I want my full refund and I don’t know how to get it back. The office said I had to go through Expedia. I had anxiety so bad. We went and got a room at Wyndham across the street. Which cost me more money. What a horrible experience. Ruined our first vacation with our granddaughter. Please refund my money"
