The owners responded to my questions very quickly and made any instructions on access tot he room very easy to understand. It was also nice to have a luggage drop off room to store our bags before we could get into our room. Definitely going to stay here again!!! "

"We really liked this place. It was extremely clean, updated, and decorated well. It is rather small but was sufficient for our one night stay. The location was good and easy to get downtown. Parking out front is only two hour parking 8 am-10 pm but there is free parking any time a block away. One word of caution, they require a deposit for incidentals that you must send via Cashapp or Venmo for them to send you the entry code. "A super nicely decorated, and super clean and cozy property. I had some problems with the electronic locks, completely my fault, and well covered in the instructions. The gracious hosts were fantastic and talked me through getting it straightened out. Be advised that if you are on the upper floors there are stairs to go up and down. Very new interior very nicely done."

"The building itself was recently renovated inside with new decor and modern furnishings. There is a brewery with good food right downstairs in the same building and they have a beer garden/gated patio area. The rooftop terrace is only accessible until until 5pm, we were the only ones on the rooftop on a Friday around 4:30pm. We didn’t see a single person using any of the common spaces on our floor 3 or the main lobby floor and it seems the building is largely empty of permanent tenants. There is...

It smelled and appeared very clean and had all the amenities that anyone would need. There were plenty of towels. The unit was very quiet and I never heard any neighboring occupants. "We really enjoyed the property and the area. It’s in a perfect spot with a variety of different food options all within walking distance. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable and cute. Only downside was there’s no WiFi connect but you need that to operate the tv so I had to pay for 1 month of Xfin!ty. Other than that everything is right there for you to enjoy perfect “home away from home”."

"Very good accommodations for the price. Convenient, clean, modern, comfortable. However, 2 issues -- 1 minor and 1 that might impact a return visit. The minor issue was that the shower curtain was torn and didn't prevent water from getting all over the bathroom. The second issue was the tremendous noise coming from Juniper Street on both nights. There was partying going on outside until 3:00 in the morning, and the noise level was unbearable -- worthy of police intervention."
