"Staff was great & took care of an issue w/ our room safe immediately after I called. There are some loose trim on the floor that need taken care of & the flush mechanism On the toilet requires some maintenance. Beach view from balcony was great,& overall cleanliness was good. Have stayed at Schooner Inn all but one year when we did an Air B&B."

"This was a nice hotel, a short walk across boardwalk and you are at the beach. Very limited parking at hotel, but have plenty of parking a block away that is free as long as you stay at hotel (once checked in will get pass for car,make sure it is on dash). There was a pool on premises however kind of small. Great for the kids. The staff at hotel very nice and helpful. The rooms were nice as well. The beds were so comfortable. Hair dryer, small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker are provided. Had issue with little water pressure in shower and had fixed before we came back from outing. The restaurant attached to hotel different story. I dont know maybe bad day or what but hostess was rude as well as the waitress we had that day, and food was not that great. (But again we only ate there once.) Try restaurant next door the waitstaff and food there was great. There is beach chairs/umbrellas to rent on beach. 2 chairs and an umbrella cost 70.00 for day. If planning on going to beach more than one day it is cheaper to go to souvenir store (which plenty off) and buy beach chairs (($19-$54)."
