"Room was clean and comfy. Bed was comfy as well. Hot water in shower took about 10 minutes to get hot. Not much around the hotel. The golf course behind the hotel didn't appear to be in good shape. I was looking forward to swim, but the pool and hot tub were unavailable due to repairs needed. The breakfast was tasty and was happy to see menudo. "

"Cool historic hotel, located across from the train station. Very walkable to restaurants and shops, easy parking options. The rooms are old but tasteful, and could probably use some updates. The main lobby and outdoor courtyard was beautiful and historically decorated. Their restaurant and bar, a centerpiece of the property, was closed for renovations. Too bad."

"I stayed here for 1 night while passing through Fort Stockton and was very impressed with the room. It was clean and comfortable with updated appliances, and I enjoyed my best night's sleep on my trip. Friendly staff, too. The motel is also within walking distance of the historic Main Street and a large park, which I took advantage of to stretch my legs. I would definitely stay here again."
