"My husband and I had a nice stay here. I will say however, the room is extremely small. The photos were mostly of the larger room with the tub, so I recommend getting that room if you don’t like small rooms. Also the toilet being just a glass door, so no privacy when you’re going to the bathroom so be prepared to get very close with whoever you are staying with haha. But other than that the AC was amazing! And this was the only stay we had on our honeymoon that had a smart tv so we could watch...

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Demar Residences in Zadar. It is a beautiful boutique hotel with a lovely pool area, and everything is clean, modern, and very comfortable. The rooms are beautiful and modern, and we loved that they all have balconies or patios facing the wonderful pool in the back. It created such a relaxing atmosphere. "Clean comfortable room. Bathroom had all the amenities and towels. Super friendly staff and a good breakfast. Best part is the location of this hotel. Right at the water front and 5-10 min walk to the old town area and 2 mins to the Sea Organ. If you planning a trip to Zadar, good place to stay."

We have stayed in various hotels in Europe and this hotel has by far the best mattresses we've slept on in Europe. It was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was delicious and included, a huge plus. Marko at reception was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and quick to help, even allowing us to check out an hour later. We would definitely stay again."

"Ich war sehr begeistert, von der Ausstattung und dem Service eher ein Hotel als ein Hostel. Das Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Bad war sauber und modern. Die Lage mitten in der Altstadt ist perfekt, trotzdem war es in der Unterkunft sehr ruhig. Im Haus befindet sich ein sehr gutes Restaurant, bei dem Hausgäste sogar einen Rabatt bekommen. Der Personal ist äußerst freundlich, sowohl an der Rezeption als auch im Restaurant."
