No room service. Had to make up our own beds. Used DIRTY TOWELS before we could get clean towels. Front desk was rude, told us we should read the fine print that services were not available. Never had an experience like this with any hotels before. I travel a loooot and used hotels all over the world. Right in North America the service SUCKS????????????.

I loved my stay at Hampton Inn Downtown. The front desk guy (I forgot his name) was very nice and professional. The facility was very nice and clean. The room was super clean and spacious. I’d definitely recommend this place and will be back for a stay.

A common problem when you check into a hotel that tells you there is a swimming pool. This one had a pool but you could not use it because it was out of commission. Also, Expedia indicated that I would have a handicap accessible room but they told me at the desk That they never get the message from Expedia. They assured me that the next time I stay with them, all I have to do is request handicap access when I check in. Not knowing that I didn’t request it and we were booked into a normal room.

Parking was easy as well as ease in and out of hotel parking lot. Doors to rooms were loud when guests shut them. We were without power one morning on our floor, and when we asked about it they said they would try to get it fixed that afternoon. Breakfast foods were not always available when coming down to eat (we ate earlier, not later).

I was disappointed the pool wasn't open. Everything else was great-staff, delicious breakfast, tea, coffee. Room and bathroom was large and spacious. Absolutely loved the complimentary shampoo, conditioner and lotion!

We were there for two nights, and the TV was not working properly. We could only get one station on the TV. The staff said there’s some computer problem. This should’ve been fixed immediately. If it wasn’t for this, we would’ve liked our stay much better.

The Hampton Inn is more run down than others I’ve stayed at. Nothing explicit to be negative about, just felt less than others. The breakfast was not up to Hampton standards., lacked options, waffle maker didn’t work. The cereal wasn’t labeled and didn’t look like any cerise I recognized. Etc. just a bunch of little things.

New property in downtown Ft Myers. Further than I expected from the beaches. Pool was closed but guests were allowed to use small rooftop pool at Hilton Banyan about 10 minute walk away. 4th floor room had view of river but on that side of hotel you will deal with some traffic noise. Staff were friendly. Free parking. Would stay here again particularly until more properties reopen near the beach.

This property is newly redone and it is amazing. The rooms are large and the bathrooms are nicely designed. The lobby is very inviting. Lots of nice areas to hang out if you dont want to be stuck in your room.

There are NO SIGNS anywhere on the hotel yet that this is a a Hampton Inn by Hilton, inside or out! I mean, it’s obviously a large new building near downtown Ft Myers, but honestly, ZERO signage? I get they only opened 12/24/23 and built after Ian, but still, the local taxi driver himself was confused! Nice place once you get there

The breakfast was not good, items missing - no butter and none available for the 2 mornings we were there, no pastries either morning. The pictures of the pool were misleading, there were no chairs around the pool and the highway was very loud!

The staff (especially Jonas) was super nice and professional. The complimentary breakfast was nice. When we arrived it was hard to find the hotel because they had absolutely no signage. The hotel could only give us one room key because 200 of the keys were unusable. The outdoor pool had no chairs to lay on. They had 2 folding chairs and that was it. The hotel is very nice but clearly it wasn't quite ready to open. No signs, 1 room key, and no pool longe chairs.

Wonderful hot and staff!! New and clean. Very convenient to downtown area!! Only issues were the way into parking lot is confusing because of the one way road in front and price of bottles water !! Should have at least 2 bottles per room complimentary because tap water is bad! 3$ per bottlenis steep!!

Nice 3 night experience friendly hard working staff. The a/c unit had a constant clicking sound, a little annoying when trying to sleep but we got used to it.

We just stayed there this past weekend and would definitely recommend!! It is really new with free breakfast & parking! It’s walkable to a TON of restaurants and bars within .4 miles and cool to walk around the historic district and the water as well. The place was clean and worked out great! The pool was not heated so it was a little cold but may just be out of season.

Once we found the hotel it was beautiful. It is only 2 months old so everything is new. The service lady at the breakfast buffet was such a sweetheart and all the staff was nice and helpful. The only bad thing is that there's a lot of traffic and we were woke up two nights by sirens going by.
