It was clean, had a kitchen, nice neighbours, but you need a car to the beach or go shopping. Beach parking is expensive

We loved our stay and will definitely choose the Lazy Cuckoo again when we’re in town. There’s a Walmart across the street several other major stores just a few minutes away. The beach is a short, easy drive. The apartment was adorable and quiet and instructions could not have been clearer. The only thing that threw us was that there was no oven but we found a hot plate in the cupboard. Seems every need was considered. Thank you!

Very quiet neighborhood. Felt safe. Property as described. Easy check in. Miner issue with wifi disconnecting, but not a big deal. Would definitely stay again

Clean, spacious, comfortable. The bed was too hard, and the pillows to soft. 10 minutes to Ft. Myers Beach, thus great location.

Price ok it was clean but very small limited supplies no blow dryer or iron. cabinets so high couldn’t reach. Refrigerator on top of cabinet! Very small TV .. toilet paper was super thin , very few towels. Good thing it was short drive to beach!!! Not interested in staying here again

It looks recently updated and was well stocked and mostly clean and quiet. In the bathroom there was a window in the shower that had mold all over it. Also the light switch in the bathroom looks like it was not replaced and worked fine but was filthy, easily cleaned with a toothbrush.

Pros- clean; very well equipped; easy parking; good situation for shops, restaurants Cons- difficult to contact ( wrong number on website); when we said the fridge wasn’t switched on we were told to try a different plug. As this meant moving the fridge freezer we decided against it. Maybe if you’re young and strong!

We enjoyed the room overall. The bed was very comfortable and the large size shower was fantastic. We had a little difficulty initially finding the place after dark (would recommend making the address visible from the street (Kimble side in this case)). Although the water from the shower was warm, it wasn't as warm/hot as we would have liked. Additionally, we aren't too keen on the 1-ply toilet paper.

Not a good place
The place is very isolated and dark, without lights in front, the house in general is not in condition, I imagine that the owners are the ones who live at the entrance on the left side. They made noise until late, the children felt too much, they moved furniture. It doesn't feel like a safe place to stay. It was very clean, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is good. If only for one night maybe

Very clean though with strong chemical or swifter smell. Aired out and fine. Convenient location. Quiet. Some surrounding locations and buildings in disrepair with people hanging out who appeared to be drinking. Felt comfortable walking with partner Had everything we needed for our overnight stay with clean towels and kitchen supplies

The Wi-Fi was an adequate for the amount of people using it. It affected my TV first night no entertainment. Second night it worked OK but when I was watching the football game, it go in and out and then cut off very aggravating.
