"Nice staff. Continental breakfast was not to my liking but would be for most people. Had a varied choice though. I was in the grande suite and the noise levels were unbearable. Constant beeping if cars and could hear the bars. Did not sleep much. "From the time we arrived our experience was perfect! The gentleman at the front desk (unfortunately forgot his name) was so welcoming and respectful! The lower level spa pool was such a special experience and the rooftop & pool was perfect as well. Located on a very quiet street in Valetta it was close to the main gate of Valetta, the Co-Cathedral and so many special places in Valetta. "Location great and clean with nice decor with beautiful view from the rooftop restaurant, however, mattress had what felt like a sink hole and you had to refill your own water carraffe every day and half the time the towels/facecloths were not provided after the room was made up. The staff were so incredibly friendly, kind and helpful! They gave us great ideas for places we should visit and eat at during our stay, and anything that we needed, they went above and beyond to accomodate for.
