"I checked in on the Hilton Honors app and it told me my room was being prepared. I couldn’t access the wifi because I was not officially given a room yet and that was needed for wifi. I improvised and used my hotspot. The lobby is quite dirty. The bar was stained, fruit flies everywhere, debris on the chairs. The surface of the counter I was at was sticky like no one wipes things down. Twice the one and only employee at the front desk came through the lobby to check on our names, telling me twice he’d “get back to me” on room updates and not only did he never update me, he went home. It wasn’t until 4pm that anything was available. Omar who checked me in was much more pleasant. My room on the first floor was more banged up and in poor condition than the lobby. The bathroom slider was chipped and coming apart. The carpet was filthy in the corners. Every fixture was scuffed and scratched and in poor condition. The TV was nice. My sliding glass door was a struggle to open and then the screen nearly came off the track in order to open it. On the first floor I had a small patio area with two chairs that don’t ever look like they’ve been sanitized and brush and nature around it with an immediate view of the pool. The chair in the room was stained in multiple spots and grossed me out so bad I didn’t sit on it. The staircases between the floors hadn’t been cleaned or vacuumed in a very long time. I left early the next morning due to the grimey feel."

"The room was horrible. When we arrived, we inspected everything to make sure it was clean and working properly, and we came across several issues. The sink was clogged and filled with dirty water. The floors looked like they had never been mopped. The bed had large yellow stains, and the pillows had both hair and stains on them. The bed covers were also dirty. The food at the hotel was disappointing. The breakfast options consisted mainly of cereal and bread that appeared to be expired. The only positive thing about this place was the staff. They were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the hotel itself needs significant improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and food quality."
