App initially booked me the wrong date for. App auto booked for the 11th of May. I needed a room last night. App guided me to this hotel... When arrived I told the guy this place looks gross and I’m with my fiance, explained the mix up with App he said “no worries my friend I have wonderful room for you guys” the room was around the back, had to drive to it, the door was in the parking lot. The room was just a dirt bed with condom wrappers on floor. There were what to look like working girls standing in lot. We immediately drove back to reception and demanded a refund. They refused to give it, he said and I quote “you know what kind of place you come to”! While guys were coming in booking Rooms for one hour…. So disgusting!! How am I supposed to know that! I rely on the App! My fiance was humiliated, what a horrible experience. This hotel should not be on App! App should not exploit working girls or trafficking, I expected a lot more from this app. I ended booking another hote! Never received my refund, our night was ruined, hotel kept my money and hotel guy just laughed and said if you don’t want to stay at quicky hotel go somewhere else!!
