There is quite literally nothing good to say about this place. We booked our room to get a few hours of sleep after a late flight in before driving down to the keys. When we got there, the office was closed even though it said they have a 24 hour front desk. We followed the instructions on the door to call or knock on room 110 for after-hours check-ins and got no response. It was late, so I could have lived with that. But when we called to get refunded since we did not receive the service we paid for, both us and the hotels.com agent got absolutely scolded by the owner, even though none of this was our fault. He refused to let me even speak, refused to refund, accused us of coming in drunk and causing a disturbance, and told me common sense should have told me to alert him of our late arrival (even though there was a 24 hour desk advertised), basically calling me stupid. Literally no one has ever spoken to me as rudely as this man did, and I was a paying customer! Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. I am now disputing through my credit card company. Wouldn’t ever try to stay at this place even if someone paid me to.
