"Loved the staff and the room! We were upgraded to the 21st floor and had the perfect room facing the falls but also gave us a view of the Clifton Hills strip. It was very nice. Only negative was the elevators at times it took 20-30 minutes to get to the 21st floor. It seemed like only 1 or 2 minutes were even working. The elevators were always uncomfortable Lu packed full of people aggressively trying to get on and fit in because they had waited so long. Our other trips here weren’t like that so hopefully they get it fixed. Overall great stay."

"We stayed at the Comfort Inn Fort Erie for one night and had a pleasant experience. The hotel is a little hidden, and when we first pulled up, it seemed a bit sketchy from the outside. However, once we checked in, we were pleasantly surprised. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a short stay. The complimentary hot breakfast was a nice bonus, with a good selection to start the day. We also appreciated the free parking and Wi-Fi. The location is very convenient, especially if you're crossing the Peace Bridge or visiting Niagara Falls. While the hotel is older and could use some updating, it was well maintained and perfectly suitable for an overnight stay. The price was reasonable and didn't feel overpriced. Overall, it did exactly what we needed, and we would stay here again for a one-night visit."

"部屋からの眺めも良く、宿泊するには最高でした。ただ、屋外駐車場を利用しましたが、チェックアウト時に1泊分の利用可能時間をスタッフに確認したところ、14時まで利用可能と伝えられました。しかし、11時30分に出庫しましたが、2日分の使用料を請求されました。確認したにもかかわらず、実際は違っていたことが残念です。"

"El hotel en general está muy desactualizado, todo se ve antiguo y bastante descuidado, aunque el personal de limpieza hace todo lo posible por mantener todo lo más limpio posible .La ubicación es excelente, fácil de llegar a todos los lugares desde ahí y el personal es muy servicial y atento . Si estás buscando un lugar solo para dormir este es súper recomendable."
