"C’est juste dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de service petit déjeuner et surtout, la surprise sur le gâteau, à mon lever du matin, il n’y avait plus de courroie dans la chambre. Je n’avais plus de lumière, plus de courant pour utiliser le sèche-cheveux. Il faut dire que ce genre de surprise ne me passionne pas forcément."

"We hadden de familie kamer ( 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen). De kamer was boven verwachting groot, ook de badkamer was erg ruim. De kamer was heel netjes en schoon! Ontbijt was ook heerlijk! Wij komen hier zeker een keer weer als we op doorreis zijn!"

"Stayed whilst attending a long weekend at Spa F1. Great hotel, amazing staff and impeccably clean and well presented. We had to be out early to drive to Spa and they accommodated us for an early breakfast without hesitation. Would highly recommend and the village has plenty of additional restaurants for variety. "

"Een mooi hotel met uiterst vriendelijk personeel, schone kamer schone douche De 5 dgn dat ik er was werd regelmatig de handdoeken ververst en het bed verschoond. Voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn is het geen aanrader want je kun geen auto bij het hotel kwijt, die moet je ongeveer 4mnt lopen verder parkeren als die niet vol staat."

In- en uitchecken verliep via self service, maar er was een hulptelefoon voor als je assistentie nodig had (zoals bijv het achterlaten van je koffers vooraf inchecktijd) en deze hulp kwam dan ook snel. "The front desk staff, and our dinner waiter Lars were both exceptional. Super friendly and helpful. They offered bicycle rental at reasonable rate, and there are lots of options for bicycle trails. Building is older, and room was rather small, but all was clean, quiet, and the bed was comfy. Had a great stay there."
